| The movie is about Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller), a top male fashion model. For the past three years Derek has won the “Model of the Year” Award, until now. A newcomer named Hansel (Owen Wilson) surprisingly wins the award and Derek decides it is time for him to retire. Just when Derek is about to decide what he is going to do with his life, fashion designer Mugatu (Will Ferrell) reels him back in to the fashion world. What Derek doesn’t know is that Mugato is planning a plot to assassinate the Prime Minister of Malaysia. Now the brainwashing begins and Derek is unknowingly being turned into a killer. |
